Refund Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy (No authorization form signed)
If a client decides service is no longer needed within three (3) days of engaging the Enetsec services, they may be entitled to a refund of up to 90 percent of their purchase if an agreement has yet to be signed and work has not begun. Suppose work has already started (such as in emergency service situations where work begins immediately). In that case, the refund amount will reflect preliminary services performed, and the Client may be entitled to a refund of up to 80 percent refund.
Refund and Exchange Policy (Authorization form signed)
Once payment has been submitted and Enetsec has been engaged through a signed authorization agreement to perform services, any refunds or cancellation requests will be handled in the following fashion:
Up to 75% refund: If a cancellation request is made within one (1) day after the contract is signed
Up to 50% refund: If the cancellation request is made within two (2) days after the contract is signed
Up to 25% refund: If the cancellation request is made within three (3) days after the contract is signed
In cases where a refund request is made three (3) days after contract execution, there will be no refunds because, by this time, the Company has already incurred significant expenses in preparing and beginning to perform services for the Client. This includes allocating resources to reserve necessary lab space for a given investigation, retaining the services of expertly qualified engineers, utilizing specially manufactured products unique to the Client’s situation, and investing time to analyze the intricacies and strategies of a given matter.
